    Sukhwinder Singh is an Indian singer best known for working as Bollywood playback artist. Singh is famous for singing "Chaiyya Chaiyya" for which he won the Best Male Playback Award at the 1999 Filmfare Awards. The song, from Mani Ratnam's 1998 film Dil Se.., was composed by A. R. Rahman, written by Gulzar, and sung in duet with Sapna Awasthi. It was also featured in the musical Bombay Dreams and, in remixed arrangements, in the titles and credits segments of Spike Lee's 2006 film, Inside Man. Singh later gained more international fame for singing "Jai Ho" from the film Slumdog Millionaire, which won an Academy Award for Best Original Song and aGrammy Award for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media.

    Rules

    1. Accommodation will be provided at a cost of Rs.150 per day.
    2. Complimentary breakfast will be provided along with accommodation.
    3. As we have limited accommodation, it is provided on first come first serve basis. Hence any requests in this regard are not entertained.
    4. Request for individual rooms during allotment and complaints in this regard will not be entertained.
    5. Each college should appoint a contingent leader among themselves and only the team leader should contact the hospitality team for the accommodation and the team leader is wholly responsible for the contingent.
    6. Please note that you will have to share the accommodation facility with other participants from other colleges.
    7. Lock & key (for your luggage), blankets will not be provided. Participants are requested to bring them along if necessary.

    DJing, will be presided over by Dakta Dub, a DJ based in Hungary/India and Production, presided over by Shivacult, an underground producer based in Hyderabad, India. Dakta Dub is an international DJ who has played in famous festivals such as Sunburn, NH7 weekender and Shantijatra organic festival. Dakta Dub has played in venues across Europe, and major festivals in the continent. Dakta Dub is famous for his shows in Tilos radio, an underground radio based in Hungary. He is a truly outernational DJ who was crowned as "The Dub Ambassador of India" by his contemporaries in the country recently.

    The music production workshop will be hosted by Shivacult, an underground music producer signed to Quokka records (Australia).     As a part of the Curtain Raiser to Riviera, the Debate Society brings to you an opportunity to learn the art of public speaking, argumentation building and debating from the best across Asia.

    The workshop will focus on public speaking, how to conduct yourself while communicating and most importantly how to build arguments. An Overwhelming number of formats of debate are followed internationally; but the yardstick by which a debaters abilities are gauged by the world, is his prowess at Parliamentary Debate (PD). This form of competitive, extemporaneous debate stresses rigorous argumentation, logical analysis, quick thinking, breadth of knowledge, and rhetorical ability.
